There is something for everyone at Cicily’s. We feature Northern Italian pastas, steaks, and seafood—from traditional lasagna and fettuccine alfredo, to our Flat Iron Steak and Pork Saltimboca—we also offer a variety of vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Cicily’s is locally owned and operated. We take great pride in the relationships we’ve established with local farms and feature many of their products in our menu and nightly specials. We seek out the freshest local produce at Medford’s Thursday Farmer’s Market, and you’ll enjoy the highest-quality, locally-produced cheese, meat, breads, beer and wine at Cicily’s.

    Six of us dined at your restaurant on Friday at 6:00 and waited on by Leta. I cannot say enough good things about the professional and friendly manner in which she took care of our needs. We have eaten at your restaurant often and will continue to do so because of people like her (and the food!).
